A Gateway ID is the "connection key" that allows your website to effectively communicate with your business system to access correct information for a customer account.
Depending on your platform, the Gateway ID is a number found in your business system that is associated to the customer number. The Gateway ID is entered in the website on the Add/Edit Customer page found under the Customer Management section of the left side navigation menu. Please consult the list below for help locating the Gateway ID in your business system.
Activant Platforms:
JCON - Same as Customer Number
Prism - Gateway ID is equivalent to the Connect ID in SYCPR screen
Ultimate - Customer Number
Non-Activant Platforms:
